"I am no expert on BBQ but this place seems to tick a lot of boxes. We were very hungry so our table of three ordered a large amount of food and it still arrived within 20 minutes despite a full restaurant. <br>

The food was ideal to what they're serving. The meat was tender and not dry, the sides are homely, simple and tasty. There was a lot of taste and if you like your meat you will not be disappointed. (There is a good range of beers and some wine too.) <br>

This place is a bit of a Sunday drive lunch location - it's not fancy but it is delicious, friendly, and not expensive. I would recommend it accordingly. <br>

The service was homely and friendly, and the atmosphere - while a little cornball - was nice. There are a few reviews here saying they didn't like the decor - I guess that's just down to taste. I found the place and the people to be nice. <br>

"Friendly and helpful staff. Gave me a tasting of their cider on tap before buying. It was a cross between a light beer and cider. Nice. Menu had lots of gluten free and vegan options and a variety of choices but not too many to complicate things. The band was just starting to warm up and the place was starting to get busy when we left. One little historical pub in the heart of Port Adelaide you must try."

"Just went to the Dutch cafe , the food was excellent , the service very friendly. The atmosphere great you could hear your self speak, comfortable. The Chi Latte hot and not too sweet. The cakes excellent. Will be going there again"

"We held our 40th school reunion at the Treasury 1960 and had a fantastic night. We had a private function for 28 people and the venue was just perfect for this occasion. The manager, Anna, was accommodating, efficient and professional. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and ensured that the vegan in our group was catered for. Anna helped set up a presentation screen and a memorabilia table which added to the success of our evening. All of the staff were lovely and service was great. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful ambiance and the food was delicious. My steak was amazing and the sides were so fabulous. The duck fat potatoes were particularly scrumptious. I would definitely recommend The Treasury 1860 for any event and I will most certainly return again."
