Our first time in a DQ!! Had to ask for the key to the washroom! Ordered, hot drinks….yucky, over sweet! Waited 30 mins then asked about our meal……’there was a problem, we gave your order to someone else and are having to remake it’!!! No apology, no explanation just left to wait ?
