It started with us waiting half an hour after we were seated for someone to ask us what we'd like to drink. It was a busy night and there was basically one waitress who was Amazing! From what I saw, she took care of all the tables while 3 others walked around or stood around confused. It wasn't their fault though, they were clearly inexperienced and inadequately trained.
