Oh my goodnessI didn't think I would like it but it was definitely something I had been looking for.
Shells is the epitome of a hidden gem! This little restaurant is definitely worth a visit the next time you are in Port Aransas.

"For a quick snack. Nice atmosphere, but the food was missing. I order the right roasted bean and cheese and as the picture shows it was missing... my wife got the grilled cheese and it was okay, but overpriced. Nothing tastes great. The art inside is beautiful and that helped with the lack of taste, but did not make it. Would recommend eating only here if nothing else is open"

"Amazing dining experience!! We had the lobster tostadas, shrimp and grits, red snapper with shrimp and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent. We even got to meet Chef Gail and her partner, The Queen . We definitely plan on coming back. Our daughter and son-in-law will be here from Houston next week and we plan on bringing them here. Thank you Chef Gail for a fun, delicious and memorable dining experience! Paul and Esmeralda Gonzales"
