What Nicholas Caldwell doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Ordered $35 worth of food on the app for Christmas Eve. When I got there to pick up the order they were closed. I have made 3 trips to the store and spoke with 3 different managers about a refund and they all said they couldn't help me. I even spoke with the district manager about a refund and she said the money should have went back to my card. It has been over a week and I still have not received a refund. Charging...
