The staff at Port Charlotte Shopping Centre is wonderful!!! I accidentally ordered a chicken cheese steak instead of beef for my son, and they were friendly enough to do it for me at NO CHARGE!! They also let me hold the chicken cheese steak. Such nice and accommodating people! View all feedback.

This place is garbage, the food is either cold or burned. Staff is rude and they seem to close at random times. Just look at the reviews!! They say they close at 7, but I went one day and they were closed at 20 till 7 and refused to serve me. Other reviewers complained about the same thing!! This used to be a good place to eat.
