What Heather Proctor likes about Checkers:
They have a robot/AI that you have to talk to but sometimes it can be annoying.If it says pull up to the next window when you haven’t even ordered anything you must back up and come back to restart it. We came up to the front window and they said it would take 7 minutes to cook the chicken wings but that means it is fresh. What Angel Roberts doesn't like about Checkers:
First of all when I got there the robot taking my order messed up my order three times and I had to restart it now it’s fault, but then when I get to the window the lady at the window was extremely rude sassy just had a mean mug face I was trying to be sweet and she just kept giving negative energy back . But then, when I get home, I gotta open one of my burgers, a fry lover burger, and a baby cockroach was in my bur... View all feedback.

Automated ordering was awful. Took forever to get our food. The drive-thru line was backed up all the way out to the street. They only had two workers. One cook...
