I love panera! but a few things that were frustrated were the cash said I have a reward for a free bowl of 3 options. I chose the rice terraiyaki bowl and recognized after I came home, I was charged for this bowl. always check their actions. View all feedback.

First off food and service are always great at panera. The service on the building however is terrible, bio growth in all of the supply registers and AC returns are full of dust and dirt, the air quality here is absolutely atrocious, shame on this restaurant for not changing filters or doing any type of upkeep, the location is filthy as well and dust on everything, not sure how many people will actually notice these... Parking lot is unusual as you can only exit to right on 41 north, but can enter on Cochran Blvd. Port charlotte fl!
