What User likes about Taco Bell:
I am pleasantly surprised with our visit today. My family has been in punta gorda for over 20 years and normally these locations are not very helpful or friendly. But today Renee was great! She wanted to help us and make sure everything was right. It is nice to know that it is part of our Port Charlotte Store and we will definitely be happy to come back! What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Ordered through drive through, got my order wrong (chicken instead of beef chalupas) and also forgot 2 beef burrito supremes.. went back and got the chalupas corrected and then only got 1 burrito after returning. Should have checked the bag the 2nd time, but was hungry so I just wanted to get home and eat. Employee(s) didn't seem like they cared when presented with the mess up. View all feedback.
Excellent customer service as always.. The prices were very affordable.. The floors were clean.. I look forward to returning to next.
It's so nice to see such a clean and open Taco Bell. It is pleasant atmosphere, quiet food. Prime returns. I miss the well drinks, but they are very COVID safe
