From the bar to the dining room, this place was terrific! The mixed drinks are perfectly mixed and I actually had a good glass of house Cabernet.
My mom and I ended up at Buffalo Proper Plate and Pour after realizing we were an hour early to our Shea's performance of Wicked.

This is a great place for chinese food. The buffet is always hot and full. If something is getting low, just ask and they bring hot fresh food out immediately.
