I happened to park in front of this place (didn't even know it was there)and the photos on the window looked good so I went in and grabbed a take-out menu. I'm so glad I did! We ordered delivery for 5 people. There are lots of spicy options on the menu but nothing we ordered was too spicy. We wanted to try this place as its in our 'hood. Ordered take out, Singaporean laksa was way too fish sauce-y, and had a serious spice kick. We didn't enjoy this dish. We also ordered the ginger beef (just ok, not as spicy as we would have liked it,) Kung pao chicken (no real flavour,) seasonal vegetables (ok,) and mah poh tofu (ok.)
