spent $10 on a healthy smoothie. I got a waterfall. I had to get it back to make it new. the new one was great. it should have been obvious that the first was not right that someone pays $10 for a smoothie, something expected that was done right, not $2 burger quality of the king. i love freshii, but not this location. there's always been a weird vibe in there, all the workers look miserable and act like it. service is not great and who i assume to be the manager is always glaring at customers and seems a little off. the food is never as tasty as other locations and they frequently forget' add ons or special requests. not the proper way to conduct a business imo if you want returning customers...
