What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
very bad staff and service. because a few times for a tee and they always gave me coffee, not even sure that they can hear the order right or not a particularly girl name riya there. if she doesn't know how to work, make sure that she is trained properly. so people can save their time and money only ursache for this kind of untrained people View all feedback.
The coffee is good. but I could never order food, the müll is piled up and tied up all the way out along the drive thru. from which reason it is never clean. I mentioned it to the personal, but it really doesn't matter. the conditions never seem to change.
Incompetent workers with obviously no training. don’t know how to cook food properly, cheese is always cold and unmelted on hot sandwiches, everything from this tim hortons always tastes off. disgusting.
Very bad staff! I asked for adding milk in my coffee still didn't add it. Have to repeat three times to them. Manager should fire those in front line cashiers. Whenever I order the coffee, they forgot to put milk. It happens with me three to four times. I don't spoil any store reputation but I couldn't hold myself to say about this Tim. And staff is definitely impolite. You will get the experience when you visit it. I would recommend to visit other Tim than this worst Hell Tim.

Friday Feb 25/22 3:20 pm used their drive thru. I usually grab a coffee 3 or 4 times a week after school with the kids. First off the garbage laying and blowing around is unreal. Next the person taking my order was very rude. There was none of the usual Welcome to Tim Hortons greeting. She didn't tell me the total and rushed me while taking my order then stopped talking and paused. Finally she said rudely I waiting for you to finish your order. When I got to the window I asked to speak with the manager. Guess who it was. Yep the person taking the order. I told her she was rude and sh put it all back onto me as my fault. There were words exchanged and upon leaving she told me to change my life style. Whatever that meant. Bottom line is I have had very poor service from both Port Elgin stores and the Southampton one as well. I will be taking my business to the little coffee shop downtown from now on.
