What Aloo likes about Hotel Elliot:
Everyone loved this place, I was the only vegan. The service was great, the ambience, the location (on the main street) and the food. I had to try the cauliflower (after reading the previous review) and it did not disappoint. The omnis all loved it! It's really a winner, and a good way of demonstrating how vegans can have great (unhealthy) food too. The parma was also great. The cheese was oozing over the top, served... View all feedback. What Royal Volkman doesn't like about Hotel Elliot:
Staff were either poorly trained or just plain inattentive. Food was nice but waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to take our dessert order was not. Waitresses preferred to reset entire dining room and then polish glassware, so we left even though all of us would have happily had dessert. Their loss. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant has received mixed reviews, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction with the long wait times, seating arrangements, and food quality. However, others have praised the delicious pub meals, child-friendly environment, attentive staff, and overall dining experience. The Porterhouse Steak, fish and chips, and Pavilion were particularly highlighted as standout dishes. Despite the mixed feedback, many diners have expressed their intention to return to the restaurant.

read moreI am not as familiar with port eliot as I am with victor harbor, but that is likely because port elliot victors is little sister. Anyway, I noticed.
a wonderful dinner here during the visit of the opposite started with the fried oysters, which were amazing, served with a small amount of seetangsalat and.
Good culinary experience with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Your curries are pretty (they do not do them at the moment during the summer months)....
