"Every single time, and I mean every single time, I'm waiting for an absurd amount of time, whether it's the drive thru or inside, it's all the same. 15 minute wait minimum. It's a shame because I enjoy the food, but super slow service. I stood around for 20 minutes waiting for a blizzard, I can't see me going back for awhile after this awful experience. I just can't understand why it's every single time. Slowest fast food joint in the area, hands down."

"I thought i would give them another try. Our waitress was nice enough but took forever to get me a beer it arrived during the appetizers. The appetizers were lukewarm to tepid when delivered, 8 minutes later when the mains arrive while we were still finishing the apps the mains had to sit in our table while we finished, a windy outdoor table. So if the food was hot it was not for long.Poorly timed food delivery is all on the kitchen, poorly managed. The food was average at best boring bbq ribs and pan fried haddock best described as pan oiled not crispy and just blah. wont be back."
