terrible service, wrong product, then when asked to fix the mistake, we are given a hard time and still not given the proper items.

"Had a late meal here on a Monday evening. Staff were friendly but service was a bit slow due to how busy it was. The chowder we selected tasted fabulous. There were far too many ribs in the bbq ribs order! Haddock was tasty too."
