I had the pleasure of finding this wonderful little place. The food was delicious, my family loved it. We had breakfast and lunch. I traveled a long distance to find it. Don't be weary of the exterior, the place was filled with locals. Then the music filled the air conditioned restaurant of two musicians with guitars. View all feedback.
What Rick doesn't like about Isabel's Cafe:
The breakfast here was okay, the place is kinda dingy, I ordered the huevos rancheros and for $7.50 you get 2 eggs, refried beans and bacon, the potatoes were extra. It's always busier, so I wanted to give it a try.Food wasn't as good as I thought it should have been
Unbelievable value, simply outstanding TexMex Babacoa (weekends), superb service (better than some premier Island eateries), so tasty like Grandma 's, careful a 'small taco fills a plate! Desfruten!!

Knowing the history of Isabel's is really astonishing, how long it's been there and the generations that have kept it a part of Isabel's. The food was really good. Only problem was it might be a little too spicy in some areas. All in all it was well worth the trip for breakfast.
Great home made Mexican food. Homemade tortillas. Excellent food.
