Pizza Hut - Port Isabel

I make my own pizza and this restaurant did not meet my expectations. The pizza was dry and some parts of the crust were hard to chew. There were also areas where there was no cheese. It would be helpful if they sharpened their pizza cutters. Unfortunately, none of the slices were cut properly. Despite these issues, I still give this place two thumbs up.

The online ordering process was simple and easy to use. I called the restaurant to confirm they received my order and found the customer service to be pleasant. The delivery was prompt and the driver was friendly. However, the food itself was disappointing as it lacked flavor, although it was still edible.

The delivery was made to my house due to an error in the order list. Even if a customer calls in first, it should not impact the delivery location. The driver should prioritize deliveries based on their location. The person answering the phone should not mention the delivery time taking an hour before the food arrives. They should organize deliveries based on location order for efficiency.

We pay for extra cheese every time and never get it. It actually had less cheese than normal. We hardly ever get the extra sauces that we order and pay for. This has been going on for years. We have given up and will not order again.

The pizza tasted old. Like it was warmed in a microwave. The crust was not fresh, it was very chewy. I have not ordered from here for a while because last time my whole family got sick, throwing up and diarrhea. I gave it a try today hoping for a change but it was not good AT ALL! Please get your quality pizza in order
