We were on time for our reservations, but our two friends ran a little late. The manager was sweet as can be and regained alot of respect because our dinner did not come out till later after we had ordered not to mention the app soup came out late too. What User doesn't like about Margaritas Cafe Port Jefferson Station:
We have been to this restaurant before and enjoyed it very much. However, this visit was disappointing. We waited for a very long time to get our meal, another long wait to get a check and we finally got up and paid our bill at the desk. Food was great. Best guacamole I have had in a long time. Made table side! Big portions. Lots of vegetarian options. Server could have been more attentive.Food: 5/5
I heard this place is good but no one picks up the phone and there's never availability to reserve online ahead of time. So what's the point. Very unfortunate. Really wanted to see what this place was like. Don't want to go without getting info before so we don't get turned away. Oh well.Service: 3/5

06/17/2023 Very nice place. Port Jefferson Station. Seated immediately. Appeared to be lots of staff. Live music. All staff was friendly and warm. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable of menu. We were party of 4My Jambalaya was terrific. Saturday evening and we were able to relax no rushing. Will definitely return
Nice spot. Food was delicious, and house margarita was perfect. Friendly staff.
