"My family and I have come here for years every summer when we leave the city, and my father and I stop after our jagd in november to breakfast. I can't say enough amazing things about this place. eating is incredible. the service is wonderful and they really make them feel like family! and of course I must mention the owner jake! what an amazing man. we will come back here forever! we love jake’s place! thanks for everything!"

"Visited Roxie’s for lunch on Thursday and we were delighted with our meal. it looks like a standard dinner, but the kitchen is clearly led by someone who knows and cares for good eating. every element of my burger was well executed; fresh salad, well...cooked thick cut speck, fresh hate, excellent moist meat. and the tweeper rings were just as they should be hot, crispy and tasted by wobble not boil oil. We also tried poutine handcutter chips with kies and cheese curds that I loved and the kanadier judged very well. the puddings sounded tempting, but we had no more space! the homemade limonade is excellent. the whole place is spotlessly clean and radiates a warm welcome, cannot wait to visit roxie again when recommended near."

"The service is slow but that is worth waiting! each plate was made clear homemade and cooked to order. we even asked a special question for our breakfast on Sunday morning and it was no problem! the homemade pizza is amazing the caesar...salad has homemade dressing and a tonne speck! the products and the eggs are all fresh and local. we had to wait a bit for our meal, but we were amused by the hummingbirds around us while we were waiting."
