What Jane S likes about The Rainforest Café:
Delicious food, nice setting, attached to a good gift shop with really nice quality and range of local/australian products. Food was tasty and fresh, staff were friendly and courteous. I'd love to go back for another meal View all feedback. What Annette C doesn't like about The Rainforest Café:
Pleasant setting in the rainforest. Greatly overpriced for the quality of cafe food. Salmon over cooked dry, fish overcooked yellow, salt pepper squid had hard plastic in it, milkshakes were warm. Once we mentioned the plastic in the food no-one came near us again. No apology till we mentioned it on the way out. Their comment was sorry the chef will speak to their supplier. Go for the boardwalk avoid the cafe. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a lush rainforest setting, this cafe offers a mixed dining experience according to various reviews. While some patrons were disappointed by overpriced and poorly cooked dishes, with one even encountering hard plastic in their meal, others praised the delicious and fresh food served in a peaceful environment. The friendly staff and excellent service were consistent highlights, with some recommending dishes such as the garlic prawns and buttered chicken. The cafe's connection to a quality gift shop and its convenient location near a boardwalk were also noted. Despite mixed reviews, this cafe appears to offer a unique dining experience worth trying out.
