"The place to recommend when staying in Port McNeill. Not very big, quite some waiting times but really great food. All of it: we had the cheese burger with bacon, the fish and chips, cesars salad with catch of the day and the Baby Burl Burger (1lb of meat). After just barely managing to finish the 'Baby Burl ' I asked how often the OMG_Burl (3 lb of meat) is ordered. Not very often! So go for it if you are hungry and up for the challenge to eat the equivalence of 12 Quaterpounder w. cheese..."

"Excellent food! Very fairly priced. Staff were wonderful, and very accommodating. We had 2 hungry toddlers with us, and even got a fresh pot of coffee when asked if we could get some to-go after our dinner. Visiting from Ontario, hope to be back!"

"Food was good and the service was amazing! To the people whining about prices, it's a tourist area. If you are worried about cost go to Port Hardy or Port McNeil. I had fish and chips, wife had seafood chowder both were good. The Longwood stout was delicious as was the Lager. Prisca and Eddy were absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend!"

"The food here is worth waiting. You can be a high volume resturant, md in view of the limited employees on layer at a time it can take a little time for your food. I have never been disappointed by the quality of food, absolutely delicious and generous portion sizes."
