Steve, the owner: always made sure that the product was fresh. It was about normal price for the size that we would find down island, but we didn't have to wait as long to get it. One could even order a "gluten free" pizza with no problem, although it was only a 8 inch. Steve has been sick lately and now has the business up for sale. It's going to be a sad day when he does sell it....just hope that the new owners can... read more.

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in beautiful weather.

Within the category Cafés, this restaurant is considered one of the best in Port Mcneill, and based on the average evaluation of 4, Pizza Express & Submarine has so far greatly satisfied its guests.

Best standard thick crust pizza I've had! They deliver with a smile and (for the north island) the prices aren't too bad.

Work the JS Fishery every August & so look forward to ordering pizza here. I live in Victoria & this is as good or better than any pizza there!!!!

"We had a wonderful meal! Everything was delicious. The wings were perfectly cooked with the right amount of sweet chili sauce. I had the seafood linguini which was out of this world. The other three people in my party raved about their meals as well. The service was outstanding, and the view of the marina from the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely eat here again!"
