I was in Melbourne for New Years and booked a reservation for NYE based on reviews. I arrived via taxi and walked to the door to find the restaurant was closed. I was out in taxi fare round trip and finding a new reservation for my family at on NYE was impossible. Pretty simple turn off your reservation system if you aren’t open.
