the coffee here is really fantastic – much better than dieucks and rituals imo. They also serve paninis that are freshly made (not the reheated things that they get at dieucks). a huge bonus is that the customer service is actually wonderful. I'm seriously addicted! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jumbeans Coffee:
I ordered a Columbian blend coffee which I expected to be rich and flavorful but instead it tasted like milk and water with a hint of coffee flavor. Definitely won't be trying their coffee again. Gave them 2 stars because the employees were pleasant. View all feedback.
The drinks and snacks at this restaurant are good, and the baristas provide excellent service. However, the older female cashier always seems to be in a sour mood.
The restaurant is charming and the service is excellent! The food is delicious and reasonably priced.
To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee at this café, as I tend to be wary of inner city coffee shops. They offer a wide selection, including local options, and the staff are friendly. The space is a bit cramped and the prices are slightly higher than average. If I find myself in the area again, I would definitely return, but it's not a place I would go out of my way to visit since it's uptown.

Eating is okay, but the workers are amazing. they seem to do their jobs that makes the experience great!
