What Lacie doesn't like about Cici's Pizza:
Cici's isn't the best bang for your buck, but it is pretty affordable. The pizza is low-quality, but it is edible, and the buffet is quickly replenished. It is most always crowded due to it's affordable price and mostly populated by college students and families with children. Kids LOVE Cici's. View all feedback.
