Sonnys used to be reliable for friendly, fast and accurate service. But it seems like lately they are always short staffed especially for take out. Worst service (or lack thereof) we have EVER had. Not once were we asked if the meal was OK or if we needed anything else. Would you like a refill on your drink or a re order of all you can eat ribs.
