Tabitha should receive a Employee of the Year award!! I?m in this Wendy?s a lot due to the close proximity to my work, and every time I come in I see her greet every single guest that comes in the door, taking orders, wiping counters/tables, communicating with customers about their orders, all with the biggest smile on her face. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
At 6:30 a.m. I come to drive at 7:01 and all staff are in the parking lot. I gave them the advantage of doubt and waited for the order board, thought someone might be inside. Waited 4 minutes with zero confirmation. Very unprofessional. If I were a zero star rating, I would, just for the height of the unrest. Definitely won't come back, I'm going to McDonald's on the other side. View all feedback.
