"We were very surprised and pleased with the sophistication of the food offerings. We both chose the grilled salmon sandwich and while my husband had clam chowder as a side, I had the salad - and it was fabulous! The atmosphere is rustic and the service was good. I doubt that we will ever come back, because if we would happen to visit Victoria, B.C. again, we would never waste the time driving up to Port Renfrew. Once we arrived there was NOTHING to see! I expected a small town of some kind, but apparently, everything is hidden from tourists to protect the town's privacy. Frankly, I don't think this town should even be on the map because there is nothing there. Very confusing...and misleading, I think."

"Food quality was horrible. the burger patty i had was incredibly over cooked and it covered in debris from the dirty grill. prices were absurd. we had a direct view of the kitchen and it was very unpleasant to see the ?cooks? stuffing their faces with food off plates being served and touching their faces."
