"We went to an early Mother's Day lunch today. The food was excellent and the new owner was very nice and the staff. if you are not there Please do this because you are not disappointed. "After receiving my text that my order was ready. I went in to pick it up and it was not at the rapid pickup cube. I then went to the register to ask about my order. 8 employees walked up and by me and not one of them acknowledged that I was there. Finally after about 5 minutes someone came up and asked if I needed help. Customer service sucks. I understand these places get busy, but at least say hello I'll be right with you. I felt invisible. Not cool Panera, not cool. Do better. I wasn't going to say anything. But this is my second trip to this place and the first time I had a similar situation."
