3 years ago. I wanted to give them this five-star rating. service was wonderful, and we had a great time. Since then, we've gone a few times, worse and worse. I just wanted to order to pick up instead of eating there. eating had become worse, the place was cold and the staff was rude. we wanted steaks for our Jubilee dinner, I called to go order, and was told that they were not going to order this evening anymore. that was at 5 o'clock. the girl was very rude on the phone. I asked her well when I ordered when I came in and asked her to go boxing and grab it up and left. she answered if you want to do this! very bad! we loved to go to the port richey longhorns, but never darken her door again!.
