"We 've been wanting to try this sandwich shop for a couple of years now, so we decided to try it at lunch. We ordered a large Cuban on French bread with a bag of chips. The sandwich was too much food for just the two of us~it could have served four people easily. It wasn 't a traditional Cuban (go to Miami if you want authentic Cubans), but their take on it was good. There was just the right amount of meats and cheese. The bread was dense. It was warm from the cooked meats on the inside. We don 't eat at the chain-type sandwich shops, but I 'd eat another one from here. If you go at lunch time, be prepared to wait. Wait to order. Wait to get your sandwich. It was crowded. We got ours to go."

"We've eaten here just twice, but both times the food was really quite good and reasonably priced. Casual atmosphere with a knowledgeable bartender and bar full of chatty, regular patrons who seem to be good with the cheerful batter early in the evening. The salads were fresh and crisp, though simple. Jalapeño poppers lacked a but in spice but the fry was crispy and nice. The pizza has a great, bubbly crust. Big fan of that. This place was really hopping during dinner hour and we expect it is well-loved by the neighborhood. Seems reasonably so. Glad we discovered it! We'll probably have a bit more to say after we return a few more times."

"We were at the Quality Inn, just a few minutes away, and decided to stop for dinner. Not crowded, but online orders were busy. My first visit, my Marine said it was good food. I ordered on the line with his help and the girl. Was not sure if I made a good selection, but once I started it was a great surprise. My Steak combination was delicious. Chips and salsa came along. Wow! If I wasn't ready to leave the city, I would have returned for more. While I was sitting, I noticed that the workers were busy talking to each other. 1 was mainly on the line, 2 did online orders, 1 talked to all while he cleaned the tables, blurred, and checked the garbage. I noticed when he put the tables, chairs and the area where the bowls are placed on the garbage, he extinguished the same towel. He checked all areas. He extinguished areas that had food, crumbs, liquid, etc. I was not impressed, felt it was sloppy and rough, fortunately I ate my food from the tray. He could have done better if he had a little more effort. This is a grocery store. I would have got a 5 star if he needed a few minutes to clean. He certainly had time to chat between his cleaning."

"Recently moved here and had heard great things about this place, so ordered a vegetarian pizza for pick up! What a shock when the first bite was extremely spicy hot! Not in the menu description, but found out the artichokes are smothered in red pepper flakes! Sure ruined my Mother’s Day pizza."
