Pretty terrible customer serviceTook us an hour to get our food and it wasn't even busy.
We arrived shortly before 6 pm and at 7:15 began receiving our orders One lady in our party of six never received her food.

"We 've been wanting to try this sandwich shop for a couple of years now, so we decided to try it at lunch. We ordered a large Cuban on French bread with a bag of chips. The sandwich was too much food for just the two of us~it could have served four people easily. It wasn 't a traditional Cuban (go to Miami if you want authentic Cubans), but their take on it was good. There was just the right amount of meats and cheese. The bread was dense. It was warm from the cooked meats on the inside. We don 't eat at the chain-type sandwich shops, but I 'd eat another one from here. If you go at lunch time, be prepared to wait. Wait to order. Wait to get your sandwich. It was crowded. We got ours to go."
