What User likes about Dunkin':
Pretty busy. Gave me the wrong order. The employee gave me the bag and mentioned the correct order, but when I opened the bag on my commute I found out it was someone else?s. It was my bad ..too for not checking the bag at the store, but in the morning rush... you just want to get going. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
always say they make arent food, which makes no sense, and when they are, it always comes cold, not even completely boiled. Service suck when considering that they can keep the same staff for more than a week. Just good is the coffee! View all feedback.
Made of glazed donuts and cappuccino is not properly prepared. The latte and cappuccino were exactly the same.
I love Dunkin AND Starbucks. I am counting the months till the Butter Pecan flavor returns.
