What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
the woman who took my order while passing through was really sweet, but the only coffee flavor they have just are short-short bs. not sure why I thought it might please me, short-short is literally the worst in the case. can not wait until new aromen available! I'm running on dunkin, only not when his pumpkin is seasoned. View all feedback.

Open early for those of us going to dialysis for 4 hour treatments. Love these personable workers!!
I ordered and everything bagel in the drive thru and got a plain bagel that was so burnt I couldn’t even eat around it. I called multiple times and they don’t answer the phone. So I paid for a bagel for no reason.
Asked for less ice. Apparently that also means half the drink I ordered at full price. This is an addition to the multiple times they seem to forget they have a drive-thru until the manager sees people waiting or the cars leaving.
Counter service was excellent, my coffee was made perfect and the sour cream donuts were fresh and delicious.
