I am very happy with our experience tonight. The drive thru was super long but the customer service we received was very memorable. The lady handing us our food she was super nice in wishing us a safe travel home. We just had to put our doggy down tonight so it meant a lot that someone cared even though they didn't know what we are going through. Thank you so much for the kind words. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I used to work at this restaurant 25 years ago. I was falsely accused of stealing from the bank, but it was actually the new girl who did it. It's ironic because I was one of the friendliest and smartest people there. Today, I am confident that I am more successful than any of you. I hope you feel terrible. 3 customers came in behind me we were all told to use the kiosk to order our food, as the registers were closed for service. Upon using the kiosk the screen went blank after completing the order and we had to begin all over again which was very time consuming, for a fast food restaurant of course. Some 9f the customers were not familiar with the kiosk, so we asked one of the employees, a male for help, he was of no assistance, he did not want to assist at all ? gave us all a poor excuse, however, a female cashier came through and was very pleasant very helpful, took the time to assist? the meal was very lukewarm but the service was fairly quick. Spoke with the manager, addressed our issues, he said he would handle the situation by speaking with the rude male employee. I'm thinking I will take my business elsewhere!
It's McDonald's. Not great food but prices can't be beat. Y'all have been there, done that so you know exactly what you are getting. It was refreshing to have super friendly folks at the window. Drive thru great considering it was peak time.
You are forced to use there kiosk! It has no real coustom option's. Also, they have completely turned of the fountain drink machine's, they do allow refills. This is what the stupid 15 dollar an hr minimum wage hike! Thank you Biden.

I go here maybe once a year! Not a fan but have to say the service was friendly the line moved along. Everyone was nice and didn't look miserable they have all kinds of menus now...but stay clear of the apple pie!! It's really gross and undercooked doesn't even look appealing but they tried to make it look fancy. That's not the staffs fault tho.
