What Fred doesn't like about Craftsman Chop Company:
Service was excellent. The appetizer was over cooked and cool (bacon wrapped scallops). Steaks were not cooked as ordered Porterhouse, ribeye. The ribeye was terrible full of grissel and chewy yes the eye was chewy. Tomatoe mozzarella salad balsamic vinaigrette was ok tomatoes should have been riper and still maintained firmness suitable to the palate.
