"Firstly this is almost a review of two halves. The food tasted wonderful, let me start by saying that. The problem aside from that was it was all luke warm or cold. We sent back the soup as it was almost a gazpacho. As I said, it tasted great... Just not hot. The atmosphere was lively and loud with the sound of chatter and steak sizzling. The smells wafting around were mouthwatering. Our server was warm and attentive."

"The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we might have had when choosing a beer. They’ve got a wide selection of beer to choose from. Thanks to the recommendation of one of the bartenders I did a mix of the raspberry and lime sours (chef’s kiss! the food was great. Really enjoy their unique pizza offerings….not your typical pepperoni or sausage choices."

"Wow! What an exquisite time. I wanted Maru to celebrate my birthday with my husband. We had reservations and sit immediately. Our server, Rachael was fantastic. She gave recommendations and really listened when I asked for special cocktail recommendations to my taste! The seasonal menu is an excellent way to keep things fresh, while also a solid selection on the main menu. All were friendly, we were served fast. Because of a mix, one of our sushi rolls came out late. We don't mind, but the manager put it together anyway. Simply absolutely superior, excellent business practice. Very impressed and will be back!"

"We visited the University Roadhouse after a super long journey from the suburbs of Chicago. We kept some delicious food to heal our coat hanger, which we were greeted by such a nice group of hosts! Our waitress, Taylor, was so attentive and friendly, asked how our special food was, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was very College Hangout / Sport Bar Vibe I liked. We started with potato skins and they were so crispy and warm the ranch with them was delicious and guessed homemade. I had the Dare Ya Burger while my spouse had the Georgia Max Burger. Both were HUGE, juicy and full of taste. I don't enjoy how much meat there was, but it was still quite filling and tasty overall. Thank you."

"I love going here for breakfast with my friends. It’s a cute little spot with really nice and friendly waitresses. I’ve been here many times and I’ve had an omelette, cinnamon roll pancakes, fruit, and a cinnamon roll. All things were delicious! Love this place for breakfast!"
