Had a great experience at Papa John’s! Usually cheaper pizza places cut corners, but this was a pleasant surprise. One of the workers, Kenzie I believe do not quote me on that, did a great job on customer service. She also made my pizza crust, and it was one of the best pizza crust’s I have had in past few years. Holy cow the service was bad. I walked in for an online order, said the name the order was under and was simply met with an “I don’t have an online order.” Dude put his AirPod in and went right back to what he was doing. Stood there awkwardly for another 5 minutes with zero assistance from employees.
