Good simple food reasonably priced. 8 grilled sardines, small Algarvian salad some simple boiled new potatoes €9 plenty for my son I to share. Garlic prawns again delicious peeled so less messy. Children’s meals around €4.50 we had a jug of sangria bottle of water a lovely, tasty simple meal very filling overlooking the river, watching the boats occasional train go by before wandering back in to Portimao. What Dorafine doesn't like about Teca De Sardinha:
So disappointed. Having walked for half an hour to where the sardine speciality restaurants are there was only one open on a Monday night. Although surprisingly it was not busy. Tired by the walk we were eager to try it. After sitting down we were offered various olives, breads and cheeses which we declined. We went for the two 'specials '.
