I love this coffee, I always get an iced coffee. The line can be long at times. The beef I have is that they put so much ice in the iced drinks. I ask every time for light ice, and I have NEVER gotten light ice. I get the smallest 16oz iced coffee, and 7 sips into it my drink is practically gone. Please train your employees to give light ice.
