A hidden jewel at Congress. It is a cellar lounge/bar, but has some amazing cocktails and delicious bar eats. You also have a complete menu during dinner hours. Service is fast and friendly. Atmosphere was cozy and dark, I find this to be romantic and that is actually hard to find. I appreciate the speakeasy feel. Service and staff was attentive and friendly. Late night snack of Truffle fries was the perfect size for two to share.
