Kokiyo Teriyaki - Portland

What Fork Tender likes about Kokiyo Teriyaki:
I ordered the Daily Special Teriyaki Chicken, and it was superb. The teriyaki sauce generously coated a sizable portion of slightly dry chicken, and it was served on perfectly cooked rice. The dish was topped with white sesame seeds and came with one gyoza, one egg roll, and possibly the best side of steamed vegetables I've ever had. Those vegetables were worth the trip alone!
