Brisket is to die for. Fork tender just the right amount of smoke. Recommended 1lbs plate to split. Just enough for two. Great ambience and staff very nice and accommodating. Chocolate turtle cheese cake rounded off the night. We'll be back. Adding to our favorites list. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Noble Barbecue:
I had high hopes for Noble, and it wasn't bad, just not your typical bbq. They chop a smoked shoulder, which was super tender and had great flavor. The downside is that the meat cubes were sometimes really fatty (which I get, is what makes it tender). I am just not a fan of fatty meat.
