Ordered some terrific NW Crawfish. These are the big tasty ones, NOT the little mushy ones (sorry Louisiana). The customer service is exceptional. The product was well packaged for the trip and they followed up tremendously well. Oh yeah, the prices are great too!! View all feedback.

Went in looking for a female lobster. The young guy behind the counter was very and I mean very rude. He said he nor the lady knew how to tell. I had my wife on the phone and told him she could explain. He said rudely you tell the woman. I asked if she spoke English and he answered rudely again NO I can't help you. Just does not belong in customer service. I think his attitude went beyond normal bad customer service. View all feedback.
