First painter in Portland, and that was the perfect first meal! The Vietnamese fish sauce wings of the Ike are for one reason the signature dish - they are amazing! So the food was good, but not from this world. I agree with a reviewer who said you must love fish sauce!! Even the water tastes like fish sauce!!
