What User likes about Regards:
On my first visit, I was drawn in by their happy hour margarita. I often feel a bit lost when trying to identify menu items, but this time was different. I ordered the grilled duck, which was quite unique but delicious, and the scallop ceviche, which was excellent. Their house margarita was fantastic as well. I've eaten three times, with everyone from the city friends. it is hard to delight for this restaurant, with a distinctive view. the main thing are mostly small tellers (not so small that you do not get full), all from oyster to crab, black rice, homemade tortillas (fresh to the table) to table products; very west coast in season and style, but with maine best ingredients. a very special place.
