Roxy's Island Grill - Portland

What User likes about Roxy's Island Grill:
Talk about a hard working group of guys. I came on a day (11:30am) when the cook failed to show. These 3 men went to work making the most of the situation. I was greeted immediately, though they were busy-5 tables full 4 of us for takeout, I was told they were short handed and running about 20 min longer than average. Watched them kick butt. What User doesn't like about Roxy's Island Grill:
Ordered food here and had a terrible experience, I definitely recommend going to a different Roxy’s location. I paid $4 extra for teriyaki sauce on the side. It was apparent they were mad I ordered sides of sauce and in return I was given no sauce and they cooked my meat dry as a bone in no sauce as well.
