Really what negative things can you say about Starbucks right? The customer service was awesome, the drinks were equally as awesome! My only issue was the wait time, there were only a few people ahead of us but it took about 15-20 minutes to get 3 drinks. But the excellent customer service out weighed that. View all feedback.
I don't visit Starbucks often, but when I do, it's always this location. I really wish I could remember the name of the employee who works there—she's a shorter woman in her 50s or 60s who is at the register every time I go in. This morning, I told her my name, and she replied, "YESSSS, I KNEW THAT! I ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU, AND I SHOULD'VE KNOWN THE NAME TO PUT." It was such a charming moment; it made me feel special and appreciated. Additionally, the store had business cards for the manager that included braille! Overall, I was very pleased with my Starbucks experience this morning.
This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! I usually visit during my lunch break, and I'm always pleased with my drink. I highly recommend checking it out—the baristas here are fantastic!
