My first surprise was the large number of Thai restaurants in Portland. My second surprise was the quality of food at Thai Bungalow PDX. I had first the Tom Yum Gai (Hot and Sour Chicken Soup) and I thought it would be so good that I ordered the Kuaitiao Ruea (Boat Noodles), although my flight was scheduled in 2 hours.
